Richard
J. Harp, M.D., received his medical degree from the Medical College of
Georgia, and his undergraduate degree in Engineering form Purdue University.
His Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship was completed at
Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute. His Surgical Internship and Radiology
Residency were completed at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Harp practices all aspects of Endovascular Surgery and Interventional
Radiology. Special interests include endovascular repair of aortic aneurysms,
treatment of peripheral vascular disease, and varicose vein ablation. Dr.
Harp also specializes in the percutaneous treatment of tumors, including
chemoembolization, radiofrequency ablation, and uterine fibroid embolization and
balloon kyphoplasty.
Dr. Harp is Board Certified in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He specializes in Vascular Disease, Angioplasty and
Vascular Stenting, Uterine Fibroid Embolization, and Balloon Kyphoplasty and Percutaneous Vertebroplasty. He has served on the Vascular Committee and the
Trauma Committee.
